PlayStation VR is the official name for the PS4 virtual reality system – PlayStation.Blog.Europe
So now it’s seems official and it will be Playstation VR, it was announced this morning during a Press conference in Tokyo.
We had many discussions allready with domainers about what will be the main keywords for virtual reality when it will hit the consummers market, we were quiet agree that VR might be the one but some doubts where still in our minds. But with this annoucement from sony i think that VR keyword will be definitivly the ONE ! so very good news for every domainers who invest in VR domain !

It makes sense that Sony is using their powerful playstation brand as part of this, it gives them a chance to compete with the others without trying to hype a new unknown product name.
