Our approach
Immersion starts with preparation.
From filming to delivery, every detail matters.
The showreel brings together mountain views, hotel kitchen and service scenes, work aboard a fishing boat and shots filmed in motion. Each cut takes you to a new setting where you can choose where to look. The selection gives communications and training teams examples of how 360° film can be used.
From your idea to the experience.
VR Perception has worked with immersive imagery for over ten years. We start with your audience and what they should understand, feel or learn. Technology supports that goal, from preparation through to delivery.
Start with what you want to communicate.
Presenting a hotel, introducing a trade and training a team call for different experiences. Together we define the audience, viewing context and intended outcome: encouraging a visit, making a gesture understandable or preparing a specific situation.
We then choose the medium: a photo tour for self-paced exploration, a 360° film to experience a scene, VR180 in 3D for depth, an interactive scenario for action, or LiDAR to document volumes. Formats can complement each other without adding technology that contributes nothing to the project.

Prepare the places, people and actions.
A location assessment helps choose scenes, camera positions, lighting and operational arrangements. In 360°, everything around the camera may appear in the image. Organisation and crew placement matter as much as the main subject.
We work with your team to show accurate gestures and readable situations. Eye height, subject distance, shot length and sound are planned to give viewers a sense of place and time to observe. We also plan the necessary agreements for the people and locations being filmed.
Combine good equipment with controlled production.
An image that is pleasant to explore starts with capture. Focus, exposure, lens stitching and a stable horizon shape the result. High resolution alone cannot compensate for poor positioning or uncomfortable movement.
We select equipment and software for the deliverable. Stitching, stabilisation, editing, colour and sound support scene continuity. For LiDAR, we check measured points, reconstructed surfaces and their alignment with photographs separately within our P4 Studio workflow. Areas needing further work are identified before delivery.

Check the experience where it will be watched.
A desktop demonstration cannot validate a headset presentation on its own. We check framing, controls, comfort and playback on the agreed devices. For training, a pilot gathers feedback from subject specialists and users before expanding the experience.
On the web, we optimise images and load heavy media when needed. We check navigation, languages and mobile layouts. You review a working preview and can request the agreed adjustments before approval.
Deliver something you can actually use.
The quote defines scene or panorama counts, spaces covered, running times, languages, exports and viewing devices. For a survey, we specify measurement use and necessary checks. Hosting, updates and source files have an agreed scope.
Your content can join your website, a dedicated page, a trade fair or a reception equipped with a headset. A link or QR code makes it easy to share. We prepare the files and instructions for that deployment, with the agreed support for getting started.
Our production tools
Equipment chosen for what needs to be shown.
Selection depends on subject, location and delivery. These are part of our capture setup. Not every assignment needs every device.
- 360° cameras · 8KImmersive capture with equipment suited to the subject and delivery (DJI, Insta360 or Kandao, depending on the project).
- Canon EOS R5 · RF 5.2mm Dual FisheyeStereoscopic VR180 capture for depth in a compatible headset.
- Realsee Galois P4LiDAR surveys and panoramas to document spaces and prepare a 3D representation.
- Antigravity A1Aerial 360° capture up to 8K, subject to flight feasibility.
- Photography & production softwareImages, editing and processing suited to your films, tours and agreed deliverables.
Let’s start with your goal.
Tell us what you want to show and who it is for. We will propose a suitable format and a clear scope.
