Contact form
We use your selected service, business or venue name, email address and message to handle your enquiry. When online sending is available and you use it, the o2switch server handles these fields to transmit your message. Otherwise, the form prepares a draft that you can send from your email app.
To limit abuse of online sending, the server keeps a counter linked to a value derived from your IP address using a private key. The counter covers a one-hour window and is replaced when a new submission arrives in a later window.
If your enquiry reaches our Gmail inbox, Google handles it to provide the email service and may do so outside Switzerland. If you send the draft using your email app, your own provider also handles the transmission.
